When I first sit down with a couple, meaning the very first time I meet with them, I always ask….”after seeing what I am sure is 100 different photographers’ portfolios, what was it about mine that lead you to want to sit down with me today?”  I am not even exaggerating when I say every single one says “I love how you capture the candid moments of the day”.  See here’s the thing, 10 years from now, not one couples heart strings are tugged at by that epic portrait shot I used all my fancy tricks to capture.  Don’t get me wrong, those are the shots that are hanging above the fireplace.  But you know what the images are that takes them right back to that day?  It’s the tears, laughs,  pinches, kisses, hand shakes,  high fives, the looks to the heavens, the deep breaths, the moments of anticipation, winks, man hugs, dance dips, squeezes, last dances, first dances, and always those moments that they were too busy to have even realized where unfolding.  So here they are  the sweet, epic, love filled and everything in between from 2018.
