Where?
The Barn at MOYO – 4335 W Skippack Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473. It’s easy to drive by the entrance…. if your coming Skippack Pike (73) from Schwensville, it is on the Left before you get to the WaWa at 73 and 113.
What should I expect?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early. You should check in with the front desk when you arrive. There will be crafts and refreshments to enjoy while you wait.
What to Wear?
I have some great ideas and inspiration boards posted on my Silver Orchid Community Page. If you aren’t in the group yet, make sure go there. I will have last minute updates, tips, and session cancellation times posted there!
What Time is my session?
You should have gotten an email confirmation when you booked, and also an email about logging into your client page. If you need that log in, please contact us and we will send it over!
Parking?
There should be plenty of parking, but if for some reason there is not, please do not park in front of the barn or driveway…There is overflow parking at the church next door and there is a gate and walkway that connects the properties. The Church address is 2024 Cressman Road Schwenksville, PA 19473.
What’s the cost?
Santa and The Little Blue Truck are $75, Merry & Bright and Winter Wonderland are $50. Book all 4 for $225 (save $25)
How can I pay?
This is a cash only event! No worries, though, if you forget, there is a WaWa right at the corner of 73 and 113…2 seconds away!
What’s included?
Each session you purchase comes with 5, high resolution digital images. You will choose these images from a larger gallery.
When will I receive the gallery?
1-2 weeks max, you will receive an email with the gallery.
Can I purchase additional images?
YES!! I am offering a special rate of $50/session for your entire session gallery.
What if my child cries for Santa?
Session fees are non refundable. There will be so much going on that day that we will not issue refunds for any reason. Crying kids are a part of the Sant experience sometime and I will photograph that…and I promise your Mommy heart will laugh at it later! I have an outdoor session scheduled, what if its raining or freezing?
Unless there is a monsoon, the sessions are on! I will make the final call the night before but I might be able to come up with an option no matter what! If its super cold, its still a go…one of my favorite truck photos from last year was a sweet baby boy with bare toes…it was so cold, and you’d never know! Dress your kids appropriately for the weather!!
I have a bunch of time in between my sessions what should I do?
Well, there will be refreshments and crafts for the kids but if you have lots of time, Skippack Village has tons of restaurants and shoppes to enjoy!
