To say this ceremony is personal to me is a definite understatement. I have known Rachel for my whole entire life. She is my cousin and her Mom is more like a sister or mother to me than an Aunt. Her Dad I met when I was barely 10 so I hardly remember a family memory without either of them. Rachel
