A little girl doesn’t turn 2 every day….so of course it calls for a huge celebration! Every detail at 3737 Chestnut was on point to celebrate Miss Priscilla…And I’d say, judging by all of the smiling, blue icing faces that there were lots of naps to be had after this celebration was over!
